Monrovia, Liberia – The Paynesville Boulevard Omega Leo Club (PBOLC) has successfully wrapped up its Youth Dialogue on Youth Empowerment, providing an interactive forum where young people and Leos engaged in meaningful discussions centered on leadership, personal growth, and the role of youth in shaping a better future.
The event encouraged participants to openly exchange perspectives, share personal experiences, identify challenges affecting young people, and explore practical strategies for expanding opportunities, promoting inclusion, strengthening leadership capacity, and increasing youth involvement in community and national development.
More than just a discussion, the dialogue reinforced the idea that genuine youth empowerment extends beyond creating opportunities. It requires investing in young people by providing them with the skills, confidence, knowledge, and supportive environments needed to become effective leaders and positive agents of change.
Throughout the session, participants demonstrated remarkable enthusiasm, innovation, and a strong desire to contribute to society, highlighting the immense potential that can be unlocked when young people are given the encouragement and resources they deserve.
As part of its ongoing mission to promote youth leadership and community impact, PBOLC views this initiative as another important milestone in nurturing a generation of capable, responsible, and forward-thinking leaders committed to driving positive change.
The Club extends its sincere gratitude to every Leo, youth participant, facilitator, guest speaker, partner, and supporter whose dedication and contributions helped make the event a resounding success.
While the dialogue has officially concluded, the commitment to empowering young people and advancing meaningful action continues.
Empower Youth. Cultivate Leaders. Shape Tomorrow.
