Rep. Zinnah A. Norman Supports Gbarpolu Students with Thanksgiving Donation

Bopolu, Gbarpolu— Representative Zinnah A. Norman of Gbarpolu County Electoral District #1 has donated food supplies and financial assistance to students from the county attending 4Life Zoe Vocational School in Monrovia as part of activities marking the Thanksgiving holiday.

During a visit to the institution’s campus on Thursday, November 5, 2026, Representative Norman presented six bags of 25-kilogram rice, three gallons of Argo cooking oil, and US$200 in cash to support the students’ welfare.

The donation, according to the lawmaker, was intended to demonstrate solidarity with fellow citizens, particularly young people from Gbarpolu County who have relocated to Monrovia to pursue vocational education and acquire practical skills for their future.

Representative Norman said the Thanksgiving gesture was an opportunity to share with others and extend support to students working toward improving their livelihoods through education and skills development.

He also emphasized the importance of maintaining connections with constituents, including those living outside the county, noting the need to support initiatives that provide encouragement and assistance to citizens pursuing educational and personal development opportunities.

The visit highlights the importance of community support for vocational education, particularly for students who must navigate the financial and social challenges associated with pursuing skills training away from their home communities.

Through the donation, Representative Norman marked Thanksgiving with an act of giving, extending material assistance to Gbarpolu students as they continue their vocational training in Monrovia.
