MONROVIA, Liberia – The Chief Executive Officer of Prof-Life Liberia and Founder of the Sinoe Citizens Chatroom, Samuel K. Tarplah, has called on Liberians to embrace unity, patriotism and collective responsibility as the nation celebrates its 179th Independence Anniversary.
In his Independence Day message, Tarplah congratulated Liberians at home and abroad, describing July 26 as a moment to honour the vision and sacrifices of the country’s founding fathers while renewing the national commitment to peace, development and democratic governance.
He urged citizens to place the national interest above personal, political and sectional differences, stressing that Liberia’s progress depends on unity and the collective efforts of all its people.
According to him, the country’s independence should inspire every Liberian to work diligently toward building a peaceful, prosperous and inclusive society where equal opportunities exist for all.
Tarplah reaffirmed Prof-Life Liberia’s commitment to empowering communities and promoting positive social transformation, while noting that the Sinoe Citizens Chatroom will continue to serve as a platform for constructive dialogue, unity and development initiatives aimed at advancing Sinoe County and Liberia.
He also encouraged young Liberians to embrace integrity, hard work and responsible citizenship, describing the youth as key drivers of the country’s future.
The Prof-Life Liberia CEO further called for continued prayers and support for President Joseph Nyuma Boakai, Sr. and other national leaders, expressing hope that God will grant them wisdom and strength in steering the affairs of the nation.
Concluding his message, Tarplah urged Liberians to use the Independence celebration as an opportunity to recommit themselves to reconciliation, national unity and sustainable development.
“Together, we can build a stronger, more united and prosperous Liberia for generations to come,” he said.
