Monrovia, Liberia – Jusu Kamara has intensified his support for children’s education, launching a school-supplies distribution initiative in the Fiamah Community as part of efforts to ease the educational burden on families.
The initiative began on Sunday with the distribution of copybooks to children in Fiamah, with similar outreach activities expected to continue next weekend in the Matadi and Airfield communities.
Kamara said the initiative is guided by the belief that meaningful change does not always require large resources, stressing the importance of acting within one’s means to address immediate community needs.
“Do not wait for the big things. The small ones you have strength for now are the ones that matter,” Kamara said.
The latest intervention comes in addition to Kamara’s ongoing financial assistance program, which currently supports 13 primary school students with educational expenses.
The initiative reflects a continued focus on practical educational support, particularly for children whose families may face difficulties meeting basic school-related costs.
Through the combination of direct financial assistance and the provision of essential school materials, Kamara’s program seeks to help keep children in school and provide them with basic resources needed for their education.
