MONROVIA, Liberia — President Joseph Nyuma Boakai, Sr. has commissioned Hon. Edwin K. Jallah as Deputy Director-General for Human Resource Management and Policy at the Civil Service Agency (CSA).
The commissioning ceremony took place on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at the Executive Mansion in Monrovia.
Jallah’s commissioning formally places him in the senior leadership position responsible for supporting the Civil Service Agency’s work in human resource management and policy within Liberia’s public service.
His appointment and commissioning are expected to contribute to ongoing efforts to strengthen the management of human resources across government institutions and improve the effectiveness of the civil service.
The occasion was attended by government officials, colleagues, family members, and well-wishers, who extended congratulations to Jallah on his appointment and assumption of the new responsibility.
Jallah’s transition follows his nomination and appointment to the position by President Boakai and the subsequent completion of the commissioning process at the Executive Mansion.
